Terms & Conditions — bdrumm Platform Agreement

To register and maintain an account with bdrumm, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or commercial organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bdrumm platform or any affiliated service.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location.

During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. bdrumm reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdrumm account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdrumm will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All transactions on the bdrumm platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times may vary and are published in the platform's cashier section.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• bdrumm reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete or if the account is under review.
• bdrumm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reclaimed once they have been wagered.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdrumm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with bdrumm games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment.

In the event of a technical fault or connectivity issue during a live game or betting event, bdrumm's decision on the settlement of affected bets shall be final. Incomplete rounds caused by platform-side errors will be voided and stakes returned. Incomplete rounds caused by user-side connectivity issues are not eligible for refunds.

Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket fixtures — are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. bdrumm reserves the right to suspend or void any market where there is evidence of match irregularity or data feed error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any bdrumm content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdrumm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, technical faults, data breaches, or interruption of service.

Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. bdrumm will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably possible.

You may close your bdrumm account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes are in progress.

bdrumm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 5.
• The user is found to be under the age of 21.
• The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bdrumm.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the bdrumm platform, you agree to first seek resolution by contacting bdrumm's support team at [email protected]. bdrumm will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and transparent manner within a reasonable timeframe.

bdrumm's decision regarding the settlement of any dispute shall, subject to evidence of manifest error, be final and binding. Where a manifest error has occurred, bdrumm reserves the right to void bets, adjust balances, or take such other remedial action as is reasonably necessary to restore the correct position.
